How I Can Support You
I work with clients typically on a 1:1 basis either in person or virtual. The work I do varies depending on individual client needs. We could be doing 1:1 yoga and nutritional counseling; discussing hormone replacement therapy, exercise, supplements…it truly depends on each individuals needs.
Although the majority of my clients are female, my practice is open to men, women and children.

Both! I offer virtual sessions and in-person sessions depending on location. Some clients prefer a hybrid experience. You’ll choose what feels most supportive for you.
