Testimonials
Sarah is incredible! She helped me identify what was causing my inflammation and guided me in changing my nutrition, exercise, and daily habits with accountability and support. Thanks to her, l've transformed physically, mentally, and emotionally. At 47, I feel healthier and younger than I did in my 20s, and I now truly believe living to 100 is possible! Rachel

I have known Sara for many years, and know her to be a kind and thoughtful friend. It was no surprise that when I reached out to her for guidance with nutrition and health advice specifically for women in the postmenopausal phase, she responded with generosity, mindfulness, and understanding.
What I appreciate most is the way she listens, encourages, and tailors her advice to my needs, making the journey feel less overwhelming, and making my goals actually achievable. Her advice is rooted in research and reasoning, and her guidance has made me more confident about my health and my journey. I am so grateful for her wisdom and friendship. Kay

Working with Sara has truly been life-changing. I knew I was experiencing perimenopause symptoms, but for nearly two years I was told by providers that my labs were “normal.” Sara not only helped me understand what was happening in my body, she gave me thoughtful provider recommendations and the language I needed to advocate for myself and finally receive the care I deserved. Through her guidance, I’ve been able to implement sustainable nutrition and exercise habits—and just as importantly, she continually reminds me that this journey is about progress, not perfection. Because of Sara, I feel empowered, supported, and genuinely excited about my health. I’m no longer just getting by—I’m working toward living a strong, healthy life to 100. Heather
